～つばさのアクセサリーについて～
★About Tsubasa's accessories★ |
「金属板を叩いたり腐食させたりして加工した作品や、ワックスで原型を作り鋳造した作品」
「いろいろな素材のビーズや天然石など、パーツをつなげた作品」
「原型のデザイン・制作をしたものを、業者に量産（鋳造）を頼み、磨きや仕上げをした作品」
大きく分けて３種類があり、デザインから組み立てまでのほとんどの作業を自分でやっています。

by myself and casted by manufactures]
These are the three different types of artwork I make,
and I do most of the work from designing to assembling by myself. |
「ムイム柄」とは、つばさのオリジナルキャラクター「ムイムイ」の住むムイム星の柄のこと。
[Muimu patterns] come from patterns of Planet Muimu
where my original character [Muimui] lives.

ムイム星（「まる」と「ながまる」がワープゾーンでつながっている）をモチーフに作った銅皿を「ムイム皿」という。
[Muimu plate] is an copper plate made from the design of Planet Muimu
where the circle and oval is connected by a warp zone.

ムイム柄は、金属板に細い線を腐食させ模様を描き、
タガネ（刻印のようなもの）で打ったりして表面に変化をつけたりする。
真鍮板に腐食をした場合、腐食した線部分が銅メッキされる場合があり、金属の色に奥行きが出る。
Muimu patterns are designed by drawing thin lines on etched metal plates and
creating designs by hitting the surface with a seal called chisel.
When brass plates are used, the etched lines are sometimes coated with copper,
creating a depth in the color of the metal.

※量産（同じものがたくさんできる）タイプの場合は、真鍮素材でも銅メッキされることはない。
※Mass-produced type items are not coated with copper, even when using brass materials.

＜量産アイテムについて＞
つばさのアクセサリーには、キャスト（鋳造の一種）という方法で量産したパーツやアイテムが使われています。
型をとるので、同じものがいくつもできます。
元になる原型のデザイン・制作をし、鋳造は専門の業者に頼み、金属になったものの仕上げをやっています。
-About mass-produced items-
Parts and items made in large quantities by methods of casting are used in my accessories.
A model is used so exactly same items are made in large numbers.
I design the original model and I polish the metal products casted by manufactures.

キャスト
①ワックス（ジュエリー用のロウ）を加工して形を作ります。
②ワックスを埋没剤（石膏）で固定した後、熱することでワックスが溶けて、空洞ができる。
その空洞に溶けた金属を流し込み、金属が冷めて固まったら石膏を外す。
Casting
①Wax (candle wax for jewelry making) is used to make shapes.
②After fixing wax in gypsum,
a hollow space is created by heating the wax and the wax melting.
Melted metals are poured into the hollow space and gypsum is removed
when the metal is cool and solid. |

|
金属やその他素材で原型を作った場合、
型（ゴム型）をとり、溶けたワックスを流し込み、同じ形のワックスを量産し、キャストで金属に変えます。
When models are made
from metal or other materials,
wax with the same shape are made by pouring in melted wax into rubber models
and then turned into metal by casting. |
